A Hot Mess



How true and awesome is the above statement?! I love love love organization. Everything can be more organized than it already is and I love thinking of ways to organize and then implementing it.

One place that I feel is a hot mess and needs more organization is the way I handle this little blog here. I have a planner that I try to keep things organized in but I am looking for something more and can't seem to find the perfect solution.

I need a way to keep sponsors, ideas, link-ups, budgets all the blog "stuff" organized. I need some input and I figured who better to come to than all of my blogging homies out there, so PLEASE comment and let me know your opinions and ideas!

I'm looking to overhaul the way I keep track of everything and I think an awesome beginning is to use PassionFruit for swaps. Do you use PassionFruit? If so, what are your likes and dislikes?

How do you keep your blog-ness organized? I'd love to know how you run your blog and where you get the tools that you use whether it be printables, making your own spreadsheets, etc. You all know how crazy I am about things looking nice as well as being functional, so cute ways to stay organized are mucho appreciated!

I wish I had some tips! I should be way more organized, but I always stick to random to-do lists in my purse...

I tried keep hard copy of everything in a binder like so many other bloggers, but it just doesn't work for me. I don't have room in my purse to carry extra stuff in my planner, and I don't like having to handwrite and edit things by hand at home. I just keep a spreadsheet on a thumb drive (which DOES fit in my purse). :-) Easy editing at work.

Unfortunately I don't have much advice. I just keep a mental note in my head of posts I want to do or whenever I'm feeling really creative, I just sit down and write and then save them for when I'm having a mental block. I don't have enough of a following to have sponsors, and haven't done a link up but would love to if you're interested! Let me know and happy blogging :)

I would write things in the planner I was already using for everything else, I need everything together or it just gets lost! Thanks for sharing and I am a new follower from the GFC hop!
